William Reynolds Primary School and Nursery

As part of our Year 3 History work this term we organised for the children to visit The Grosvenor Museum, Chester on Thursday 8^th June 2023.

Our History focus for the Summer term has been The Romans. We looked at the impact of the Roman invasion on Britain and the legacy of this era. At the museum, children explored the Roman galleries and took part in a hands on workshop using real and replica artefacts. The children learnt all about archaeology, building Roman cities and the Roman world.
